Signature renews at $499 a year or $49 a month, and Professional at $699 a year or $69 a month. Your assistance hours renew with each service year.

Time from our team for routine changes you'd rather we make: updating menus, hours, contact details, photos, and text, minor formatting, and help using your dashboard. Signature includes 5 hours and Professional 10 hours per service year.

New pages, new functionality, custom programming, redesigns, advanced animation, online ordering, payment or reservation integrations, AI assistants, and complex integrations are quoted separately. You can request them the same way, and we'll send a quote before any paid work begins.

Not when the problem is on our side. Fixing technical problems we're responsible for, keeping your hosting and SSL running, and security maintenance are part of your managed service, and they never use your assistance hours.

Yes. If your included hours run low, additional assistance can be added whenever you need it, and we'll confirm the price with you first.

Signature includes up to 5 standard pages and Professional up to 8. A standard page is a regular content page built from your website's existing design and sections, such as Home, About, Menu, Services, or Contact. The Privacy Policy, Terms, and similar legal pages we provide don't count. Extra pages, and pages that need new functionality, are quoted separately.

Yes. Signature and Professional customers can request a Website Independence Buyout. We send a personalized quote; once it's approved and paid, you receive the agreed website files and a perpetual license to host, modify, and maintain your website wherever you like, including with another developer.

The buyout gives your business a perpetual license to run and change your existing website independently, and it can go with your business if you sell it, but it doesn't include resale or redistribution rights. Full Ownership is a custom project where you own the agreed deliverables, with broader commercial rights, including resale and redistribution.

Full Ownership gives you ownership of your agreed deliverables, but not exclusivity over design ideas: we may create other websites with similar styles, layouts, or features, while always respecting the rights assigned to you. If you'd like an exclusive design, we can arrange it separately.

Yes. Managed hosting is optional and quoted separately, and choosing it doesn't change your ownership. Dashboard access and assistance depend on your hosting agreement.
